Just thought I’d point you to this thoughtful blog - The Journal. It’s Jenn Bennett’s, who’s an administrative assistant and a freelance writer, blog that has lots of informative posts on legitimate online or work-at-home administrative jobs and some that are actually just foul-smelling scams.
Many of the home based job scams she shares, I suppose, she unearthed from Craigslist - such as this. You can check it out if you’d like some admin assistant updates or if you’d like to take a peek of someone doing this job.

Move over Pay-Per-Post, ReviewMe, Blogsvertise and all other paid review services. Bloggers, especially those with entrepreneurial spirits are learning the ropes of search engine optimization (SEO) and milking it like a fat cow.
Now although I’m not saying that the paid review services are becoming passe’ (hell they’re not, especially for online money making maniacs like me!), bloggers are getting more and more creative each day that outsmarting these services is becoming a not-so-hard a task. Such people include the blogger behind Earners Blog - Stuart, a young SEO expert from Melbourne, Australia.
Earners Blog, which I suspect is not using a template Wordpress theme, (Stuart’s an SEO remember?), is a bit not so easy for me to navigate. However, I consider it still as a site, er, a sight to behold. (Pun? Yes.) It’s always a joy in the eye, you know, that all-immaculate white background thingy.
I’ve mistaken the navigation area as an AdSense link unit format. But it’s sweet that it doesn’t have any AdSense ad considering it’s a make money online blog. Nothing wrong with putting AdSense ads on your blog but it’s a bit of a surprise some times when you don’t find any in a blog that shows how to make money online.
Content-wise, it definitely is a gem. It chronicles methods and tips on how an average Joe like many of us can try to get the most out of this cool technology called “the Internet.” Stuart shares his online money making experiments and the details and screenshots do help a lot in motivating his readers to join in the fun.
Samples of his blog works?
- $400 a Month with Clickbank Article Marketing
- Make $200 Every Day
- Cloaking and Ranking Affiliate Links
Aside from showing the real deal in various online money making tricks, he sure knows how to make the most out of his profession. One concrete proof of is this very blog review you’re reading. What’s in it for me? A cool backlink from PR4 site with lots of fans AND a chance to win some $25 and a free SEO audit. SEO, by the way, is the use of techniques to increase the traffic directed to your site by the search engines.
But don’t take my word for it. Discover the goodness of the Earners Blog for yourself.

This way he does not have to worry about a stagnant blog that might turn off readers.
4. John Chow knows he’s big and he’s proud of it. One way to motivate people to do one thing is to acknowledge that you are succeeding in doing it. And one such person is John Chow. You’ll know that he is doing well as a motivator since every now and then he calls his blog as one of the biggest personal blogs. I couldn’t agree more. This makes a lot of people keep on coming back for more of his thoughts and tips since “he knows so because he’s done it so.”
5. John Chow has a big heart. Like some financially blessed ones, he does not just earn and earn and earn. Contrary to how humorously he labels himself as the root of all evil, he gives, too. And not just backlinks mind you but money to feed the hungry, too.
