If you’re tired of your plain AdSense ad borders and would like some new style, say, a Web 2.0 look for your AdSense ads, you’ll be happy that the Google AdSense team has just added a new look on ad formats - rounded corner goodness!
And guess what? There’s even a varying degree of roundness if you don’t want too round corners: square, slightly rounded, or very rounded corners.
Now if you’re like me who doesn’t care about borders because I believe that the more invisible (is there even a degree for that adjective?!) the border the higher the click through rate (CTR), you won’t find this too useful. But if you also have the heart of a scientific-minded AdSense user, you will know the value of experimenting with your ads. And, these ads with rounded corners can just be good addition to your variables during ad experimentations.

Warning: This AdSense 101 is old news for old online money makers.
Top AdSense earners like Plentyoffish.com’s Markus Frind, Digg’s Kevin Rose, and Jeremy Schoemaker are, of course, not experts in making money online. Like many who aspire to reach the levels of those who got successful in this form of residual source of income, didn’t have time to be slackers when they tried Google’s AdSense.

In-text ads services, which offer text link ads that are inside a site’s content usually linked on keywords, like Kontera, Intellitext, and Adbrite’s are now joined by another in-text ad program - LinkWorth’s LinkInTxt 2.0.
When it LinkInText was launched, it’s required for a publisher to enter each web page that he or she would like the intext ads to appear on. However, just today, I’ve received an email that it now has its own search engine that will crawl the webpages of a site to automatically include intext ads in stead of manually entering each web page.

While looking for more *Text-Link-Ad‘ish ways to earn from a blog, I found another text link ad selling service in the form of that of V7 Network’s.
However, it’s available only to the members of V7N Network forum. And instead of being like Text-Link-Ads wherein you usually place the links on the sidebar or somewhere else except on blog posts. V7N Contextual Links is more of ReviewMe-like than TLA’ish I guess because of this information I got from its FAQ.
Q. Do the links get placed on web sites owned and operated by V7 Inc?
A. No. We have a large network of bloggers who are paid to place the links contextually in a blog post on their own blogs.

I’m sure you’ve heard of Pay-Per-Post, a service that has recently acquired some of the products of Performancing. Ok, that’s not the big deal about Pay-Per-Post, it is its disclosure policy that got it the tomatoes.
But this is not about Pay-Per-Post, this is the new service rolled out by ReviewMe that mimics Pay-Per-Post. It now has the ReviewMe Marketplace which has added the option for advertisers to set review campaigns. These are review offers that let smaller blogs take a pick on the advertisers’ that they’d like to write a review for.
The only setback of this service is that although there are some $12.50, too many of the review offers are only priced at $5 which is not attracting too many bloggers. If ReviewMe would only a limit of at least $10 per review policy as John Chow has suggested, this new money-making service can be a hit.
I submitted one blog that did not make the cut for the premium review offers since it has lower traffic and it got in. However, I noticed that there are no review offers posted these past few days. So I’m wondering what gives, since I believe the categories that most of my blogs that got approved are some of the most in-demand.
